And don't worry, if power fails while in dock or out, a battery powered inverter will keep the basics powered on with brand new batteries. You'll also be kept cool in the summer by the Marine Aire air conditioning system. The marine air system is located below deck so you never hear the noise of a residential style air conditioner.    

This family-fun houseboat also inclues a rear water slide and two hard tops on the upper deck.  All furniture and electronics inside and out is included. The boat has been extremely well-maintainted both cosmetically and mechanically with no issues to concern you.
